Order Processing: Customized orders will be processed approximately 2-5 days after payment (production time varies depending on the product and order quantity; please inquire before placing your order). In-stock orders will be processed approximately 1-3 days after payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping: We ship to destinations worldwide, including Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, and some European countries. You can inquire about the destination and shipping costs before placing an order.
